Everything in one place
Not salon software wearing a swimsuit. Every workflow below was designed around lessons, levels, and the pool deck.
For mobile private instructors: book lessons at families' homes and get the day's stops in drive order, with per-leg estimates and warnings when two lessons are too close together to make the drive. No competitor does this.
Parents book their own makeup slots from any open class at their level, track skill progress, sign waivers, and see tuition — from their phone. Zero staff touches.
A public signup link for your website: parents add their kids, pick classes with open seats, sign your waiver, and land in the system with a portal code. Full classes roll to the waitlist automatically.
Instructors sign in with a 4-digit PIN — no passwords on wet hands. Giant check-in buttons, high contrast, skill checkoffs from the deck.
Check off skills from the deck. When a swimmer completes a level, the parent gets a text — the retention moment, automated.
One click bills every family for the month — sibling discounts and proration included. Card payments via Stripe when you connect it; local mode until then.
The differentiator
Private lessons at families' homes are the highest-margin hour you sell — and the worst scheduled. Owners told us their instructors plan routes from memory, run late, and burn gas. So we built the route planner Jackrabbit never did:
Drive times are honest estimates (city driving speed), not live traffic. Addresses are looked up once and cached.

FAQ
Yes. $99 or $149 a month whether you have 40 swimmers or 400. Per-student pricing is how incumbents tax your growth — our whole position is refusing to do that.
For schools whose instructors teach private lessons at families' homes: you book the lessons, and the app orders each instructor's day to minimize driving — starting from their home address, with per-leg drive estimates and a warning when two lessons are too close together to make the drive. Jackrabbit has nothing like it; it's the main reason mobile-lesson operators switch.
Export your rosters, import them in an afternoon, and run both systems in parallel for two weeks. Most schools cut over at a month boundary. We'll help with the import.
No. Parents sign in with a short family access code you text them — no app install, no password to forget. It works in any phone browser.
Card payments run through Stripe, which you connect once in Settings (about 10 minutes, guided). Until then, billing runs locally: invoices, balances, and cash/check recording.
Messages queue in the app first. To send for real, connect an email account (about 5 minutes, guided on the Comms page) and/or a Twilio texting number. Nothing is ever marked "sent" unless it actually went out.
We're a small, profitable-by-design team selling to one vertical. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs — which means no acqui-hire, no sunset, no 40% price hike to satisfy investors.
