Swim-school OS — Refund Policy

Monthly plans, cancel anytime. Swim-school OS is billed month-to-month.

There are no annual contracts and no lock-in.

Cancellations. You may cancel at any time from your account or by email.

Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not

charge for the following month after cancellation.

Refunds. Because the service is delivered continuously (hosting, support,

ongoing access to your school's data), monthly fees are generally

non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you cancel mid-month,

you keep access until the period ends but we do not prorate or refund the

current month.

Exceptions. If the service is materially unavailable due to our fault for

more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, contact us and we will

issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period at our discretion.

How to request. Email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your school name and the

billing period in question. We respond within 3 business days.

Your data after cancellation. Export your full database as JSON at any

time — including after you cancel, for 90 days. After 90 days we may delete

your data. See the plain-English data note in TERMS.md.
