Privacy Policy

Self-hosted by design. Swim-school OS runs on your own machine — student and parent data never leaves your office unless you connect optional services.

What we store

• Student profiles you enter (names, levels, skill checkoffs) — collected from parents, never from children directly (COPPA pattern).
• Parent contact details you provide for reminders and billing notices.
• Login credentials: owner passwords are PBKDF2-hashed; instructor deck PINs and family access codes are stored as entered so the pool deck keeps working offline.

What we don't do

• No analytics, no trackers, no third-party cookies on these pages.
• Nothing phones home. The app makes zero outbound network calls on its own.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your data — there's no one to share it with; it lives on your disk.

Your control

Export everything any time (Settings → JSON/CSV). Delete everything any time (Settings → Danger zone). A deletion is a deletion — no backups on our side, because there is no our side.
