Jackrabbit also offers a "PayPath" option with no subscription — by passing a technology fee to your parents on every payment. We don't tax your parents either: flat means flat, for everyone.
Honest footnote: when parents pay by card, Stripe's standard processing fees still apply — that's between you and Stripe, and we add nothing on top. "You keep" above means software-bill savings versus per-student pricing, not freedom from card-network fees.
Why flat?
Per-student pricing taxes your growth: every new enrollment raises your bill. Swim-school OS costs the same whether you teach 40 kids or 400. Owners on per-student plans tell us they throttle their own online registration to keep the meter down — that's software working against your business, and exactly what we refuse to do.
No-surprise renewal pledge
What you pay today is what you pay on renewal. No teaser rate that jumps in month 4, no silent price increase, no per-student meter hiding in the fine print. If our price ever changes, we'll email you 30 days before it takes effect — and you can cancel in one click from Settings before then.
Cancel in one click
No retention calls, no cancellation hoops. Cancel from Settings any time and your data exports (JSON + CSV) stay available — your roster is yours, not leverage.
